It’s time, isn’t it?

It’s time to say yes to yourself, to joy, to rest, to being 100% present for the things that matter most to you.

You are a human being with a body, a mind, and a soul . . . all parts of us need rest, just like we need food and water. It’s not a luxury . . . it’s not selfish. And it’s not something you can deprive yourself of day after day and week after week. You would become a tired and diluted version of yourself who has too much to do to ever do your best at ANYTHING. When you don’t stop to rest, to think, to recharge, to remember, to restore . . . you end up grouchy, tired, unimaginative, angry, and numb to lots of life. And that’s not who you are, is it?

Don’t lose yourself while you are trying to be everything to everyone.

So STOP today and make a list, prioritize it, be realistic. Say no to at least three things today.

If at all possible, only put enough on your plate that you can do your best at every time.

This is a hard one, but so worth it. Just practice. Hang in there!
